A major scientific society wanted to serve its diverse community with a new, best-in-breed digital experience. The organization had plenty of great services and content, but it was hard to navigate through and engagement was low. The client wanted the ability to create customized user journeys and analyze usage.
dPrism helped the client to determine its long-term digital transformation goals, create a new technology architecture and find development partners. We worked with staff on persona development, content strategy, a content audit and a new taxonomy. We provided agile project management past launch.
Staff can now customize how individual users experience their organization via web, email and social media. The organization is now creating custom content journeys to meet the needs of each type of user ‘persona.’ The society can now see and analyze every user interaction on the web, email and social media platforms.
