Founded in early 2014, we’re not your typical consultants: We’re a team of former C-level operating executives from the worlds of business, media, publishing and membership associations.

Adriaan Bouten | CEO & Founder

Adriaan founded dPrism from the belief that established businesses can be as nimble and innovative as any startup, given the right strategy. A true visionary with twenty years of experience in digital transformation across both B2B and B2C industries. Adriaan can quickly and accurately isolate those companies that would most benefit from the application of technology. When not actively disrupting industries and markets around him, Adriaan is an avid traveler. With his family in tow, he could be found in the Australian Outback, the ruins of Machu Picchu, or sailing around the Greek islands with a book or two stashed away in his suitcase.

Len Gilbert | COO

Len Gilbert is a digital executive with deep experience developing and leading B2B and B2C media, eCommerce, and data businesses. Before joining dPrism, he spent the last 15 years in Yodle, LexisNexis, McGraw-Hill, and Barnes&Noble.com, as GM of a number of businesses and also leading business development, strategic partnerships, product development, and marketing organizations. When not at work, he can be found with family or on a paddle court in New Jersey.

Jonathan Murray | EVP & CTO

Jonathan’s unique blend of large enterprise sales, operating and business strategy and policy experience combined with a deep expertise in modern software architecture and engineering makes him the ideal partner for clients needing to understand and address the complex factors at play in an accelerating global digital transformation. Jonathan was most recently engaged as interim CTO and Head of Technology at The New York Times. Prior to this he was Executive Vice President & Chief Technology Officer at Warner Music Group (WMG) where he was responsible for the company’s global technology strategy.
