SR. CONSULTANT, CREATIVE DIRECTION AND ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE
Martha Denton is a Senior Consultant for Creative Direction and Organizational Change at dPrism, responsible for change management, communications and organizational consulting.
Martha has over 20 years of experience in the Management Consultancy industry. Before joining dPrism in 2018, Martha was AVP of Change Management at Metlife, where she supervised the rewards & recognition and employee engagement programs. Prior to this, Martha was Head of Communications for Investments, Science and Legal Functions at AIG, where she created communications strategies for C-Suite executives and was a Communications Specialist and Innovation Leadership Team Member at McKinsey & Company.
Martha is currently a Board Member at Rutgers University for their Design Thinking Executive Program and is a Principal and Consultant at The Presentation School in Brooklyn, NY.
Martha holds a BA in Women’s Studies and Political Science from the University of Maryland at College Park. She also has a Parsons Professional Certificate in Interior Design from the New School. Outside of work, Martha enjoys traveling.
