Derek is Managing Director at dPrism, responsible for digital transformation strategy and execution. He has helped clients deliver RPA automation, customer engagement portals and design and research new products.
Prior to dPrism, Derek led CRM and digital marketing capabilities for Laureate Online Universities. He’s built and led transformative CRM, marketing and retention teams with MetLife and American Express across the globe. In addition, Derek traded coffee in Peru and served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Senegal.
Derek holds his M.B.A. from the University of Michigan, Ross and serves on the executive board for Rutgers Center of Innovative Education. He is a regular contributor to AdWeek and presenter with Consero, IQPC and Loyalty USA conferences.
