Mark Carberry is Managing Director at dPrism, providing general counsel and interim executive services to dPrism business executives and their technology partners, with a focus on digital transformation. He is passionate about overseeing transformational change in product, process and technology at energetic firms.

Mark has over 40 years of experience in the Management Consultancy Industry, advising on business strategy and technology. Before joining dPrism in 2019, Mark was Global Client Advisor with Oracle Corporation for over 9 years, serving as an executive-on-loan to the CxOs  at the two most select Oracle Strategic Key Accounts. Prior to this, Mark was Business Information Officer at AOL Time Warner, responsible for business systems strategy and implementations across AOL’s Advertising, Audience ( and Corporate functions. He has also held various senior roles of brand name companies in Media, Entertainment and Information Services industries.

Mark holds an MBA in Management from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton Graduate Division, an MSE in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania, Moore School of Electrical Engineering, and a BS in Physics from Muhlenberg College. Outside of work, Mark is an avid MotorSports Racer, competing in Formula Ford racing for over 20 years, and a keen sailor, completing the Trans-Atlantic voyage in 2019.
