Matt Tosiello

Matt is Director of Operations at Mod Op Strategic Consulting, responsible for project and program management as well as recruiting and onboarding. He is currently part of a team working with a client on a comprehensive strategic transformation.

Matt has six years of experience in the consulting industry, and he is passionate about education and training and also intercultural connections and cross cultural communications. Matt seeks to use his teaching and training skills to connect with others, build relationships, and foster change and growth. He facilitates this using his background in linguistics and world languages. Prior to working at Mod Op Strategic Consulting, Matt worked at Vectorform as a Program Manager, Innovation Consultancy. He worked at Mod Op Strategic Consulting as a Senior Consultant before Vectorform, and we are excited to have him back.

Matt has a B.S. in Japanese and Linguistics from Georgetown University, and he has a Masters of Secondary Education, ESL Concentration, from The George Washington University. Outside of work, Matt enjoys international travel, camping, volunteering and playing with his 2-year-old Golden Retriever puppy, Lucy. Matt has conversational proficiency in Japanese, Spanish, and French.
